Return Policy

Unfortunately, due to the low cost nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales after items ship are final.

Cancellation Policy

We allow 24hrs from the date and time of an order placed for cancellations and we will issue you a full refund. After 24hrs we will not issue any refunds but will issue a store credit for future purchase for the value of the order placed. This does not apple to holiday items. Once an order is placed for holiday items, it is no longer refundable.

In Stock Orders

All in stock orders take 5-7 business days to process and ship. During new releases orders will take 7-14 business days to process and ship. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Damaged Items

We are not responsible for items damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged item you must file a damage claim with the courier directly. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that this happens please contact your local post master.

Combine Shipping

We do not combine shipping nor can we add items to an order already placed pending shipping. This results in inaccurate shipping calculations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


To avoid confusion, prevent order delays, and offer faster shipping we don't allow in-stock items to be placed together with pre-ordered items. Please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Partial Orders

We do not fulfill partial orders. If you placed a pre-order for 2 or more items with different ETA we will ship when your entire order has arrived.  In the event any pre-ordered item is delayed more than 21 days we only at that time will partially fulfill an order.
