7/30. Spring boxes have arrived. After filling all delayed Decor Box orders, we do plan to bring back our Decor Boxes again for 2023. Please be advised that we are working on 18 months of back orders.

The item I ordered says arrived. When will I get my pre-order?
We ship pre-orders immediately after they arrive to our warehouse. Orders are fulfilled in the order in which we receive them. You will receive an email to the address you placed your order with containing tracking information when your order ships.
Why has the ETA changed?
Our items are handmade and come from across the globe via sea or air freight. Certain items might be a bit slower during manufacturing and need a bit more time to complete in order to meet our strict standards. Shipping delays may also occur that are out of our control. We will keep this page updated should any delays arise.
I have moved since my order and need to change my address. What should I do?
You can update your address by logging into your user account. If you you do not have an account with us you may email customer support support@decorsnobs.com with your order number and information and we will be happy to update your new address.
What does in-transit mean?
It means that the items have left our manufacture's warehouse and are on the way to us.
Why does the schedule say arrived but your website still says out of stock?
We do not put items in stock until all pre-orders are fulfilled. It is not fair to our customers who have pre-ordered and been patiently waiting. Once pre-orders are filled we announce an in-stock release. You can sign up for our email list or follow us on social media to be updated.
